2 kicker 10inch solo baric l7's with a 2800 watt amp?

could someone please help me out. i ordered dual 10 inch kicker l7s from sonic electronix.com and they max out at 1200 watts each but im hooking them up to a 2800 watt amp. is that to much? will they blow? heres the exact et up im getting
