yes the amp will work with those subs fine. i couldnt see where in the sub info where it says if your subs are dual or singe voil voil. this will determine how much power youll be getting. if they are dual voice coil youll be running the amp at 4 ohms and only getting 150 watts. but if its single (hopefully) youll get more power by running the amp at 2ohms and getting 300 watts. but either way it will work. one way is just louder
