I agree with Pimp....
That this is not really going to do it.
The reason why your amp is not stated to do 2ohm...is because it's not going to do 2ohm.
This amp is cheap....it's known to be a "flea market" amp.
will it power your sub? Sure....
will it provide power and make your sub do something....? yes....
Will it give you the optimum power for your sub? No....

Not totally sure, like 98% sure, you would need two of those subs otherwise you would blow it right away... :PWould these work together? Sub and amp?
The subwoofer is a good choice.
The amp, maybe not. The specifications claim 350 watts RMS into 4 ohms, but there's no RMS rating into 2 ohms at all. Then if you look at the amp itself, you'll see a single 25A fuse (clear colored ATC). At 12.8V, that's 320 watts. How can the amp output 350 watts if it can only draw 320 watts?
If you are looking for a $90 amp, this one would be a much better choice to power the Pioneer.

I know it doesn't "claim" the fantastically impossible 1,500 watts "max" that the Boss amp does. But again, look at the fuses. It has four 25A fuses. So it can draw up to 1,280 watts. And the specifications includes the RMS output into 2 ohms, which is 430 watts.
